The customer service was excellent and all staff are friendly and helpful. I need to thank specifically Mr. Naser for his professionalism and help in arranging our connected rooms. I would like also to express my gratitude to Mr. Vishnu for his exceptional kindness and support during our stay. He went above and beyond by providing us with a delicious breakfast that we throughly enjoyed. In addition, the hotel location was ideal and added to the overall positive experience.

I stayed in this hotel and lost some clothes, especially in the town of Sut Jadid. We asked the management of the hotel, who is Egyptian, and they treated us very poorly. This hotel does not have management. We advise the owner of the hotel, and should Dhofar leave their country like these expatriate workers who are tarnishing the reputation of the hotel

We were upgraded to a suite because the booked room was not available at the time of check-in, which was a really nice gesture. Even though our stay was short and we didn't get to experience the hotel facilities fully, my son really enjoyed and loved the pool.

First of all, I want to thank the hotel for the unexpected upgrade, I was very pleased, since I was in Oman for the first time. The hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and what I noticed is that as in very expensive hotels with high standards they give everything with two hands which shows their hospitality, that’s a little but very nice thing! The room was very clean and very comfortable, especially the chic huge bed. Definitely if I visit Salalah again I will stay there!

We booked the hotel for long weekend trip to Salalah. We were not looking for something luxurious just something to sleep and go to explore the nature. This is what you will have, something convenient affordable but not luxurious nor romantic. It met the expectations.

Large comfortable rooms. Although the hotel is slightly dated it is a comfortable hotel, friendly staff & airport transfer makes getting to & from super easy.
